📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Merchant Development team
  • Set Gross Profit growth targets, reduce refunds, ensure merchant coverage
  • Own Sales Cadence: 1:1s, team meetings, forecasts, coaching
  • Drive outreach, follow-ups, and structured merchant growth plans
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to spot trends, risks, opportunities
  • Partner with Market Managers on retention and reactivation strategies

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or account management leadership (e-commerce/marketplaces)
  • Proven ability to coach teams and elevate performance in KPI-driven environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with CRM systems and performance dashboards
  • Experience managing merchant retention and long-term account development
  • Confidence leading complex negotiations and strategic discussions
  • Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2)
