  • Design KPI frameworks and measurement strategies tied to outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics, attribution, martech/adtech (preferred).
  • Confident communicator; can present to clients and lead strategic conversations.
