Lead receiving, storage, and distribution at the Long Beach site.
Own inbound/outbound logistics, dock operations, and freight.
Coordinate with Stennis and Cape Canaveral to align logistics and material transfers.
Build and improve work order fulfillment, picking, kitting, and line-side delivery.
Maintain accurate receiving and material movements in ERP systems.
Lead Receiving & Logistics team; provide mentorship and performance guidance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of people leadership in manufacturing/operations.
Expertise in receiving, material movement, picking, and kitting.
Hands-on ERP systems experience for materials transactions.
Strong internal customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration.
APICS CPIM certification or related knowledge.
