Manager, Materials Management (Inventory)

📋 Description

• Own inventory accuracy and material control across manufacturing
• Lead real-time ERP/MES data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with Finance and Production to set inventory strategy
• Optimize inventory layout to improve picking efficiency
• Lead cycle count programs and physical inventory audits
• Develop and mentor the Inventory & Materials Control team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, and materials control
• Strong analytical and financial acumen in inventory performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems
