📋 Description

• Lead daily distribution center operations and staffing across multiple shifts.
• Set targets, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and a safe work environment.
• Oversee inventory control, receipt, storage, and issue of parts.
• Maintain quality per AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Mentor and develop workforce; manage performance and discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related; advanced degree with 3+ years, or 9+ years total with related experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification desired.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Master Production Scheduling experience and distribution knowledge.
