📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end strategic planning and budgeting for marketing investments with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, and finance.
  • Experience owning end-to-end strategic planning and budgeting; influence decisions.
  • Strong Excel modeling and BI skills; marketing platforms, web analytics, forecasting.
  • Advanced data skills (SQL, Python) preferred.
  • Experience with ROAS and LTV:CAC frameworks, attribution models.
  • Lifecycle strategies including acquisition, retention, and email reporting.
