📋 Description

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across teams to drive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Growth Product, Revenue, Creative, Events.
  • Own third-party review platforms (Trustpilot, G2, Clutch) and extract insights.
  • Combine data analytics with project management to scale marketing.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Maintain aligned operations across product, brand, content, events, and design.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 6-8 years in marketing ops, PM, or similar with data insights.
  • Experience with TrustPilot, G2, Clutch and other review sites.
  • Strong project management; Asana experience preferred.
  • Google Sheets/Excel; SQL or Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
