Oversee marketing automation journeys and lifecycle campaigns

🎯 Requirements

3 to 5 years in marketing or marketing communications
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare tech
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Iterable) and emails
Strong writing/editing to simplify complex topics
Experience building AI-assisted workflows for content/campaign ops
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
