🎯 Requirements
- 7-10 years in Program Management, Operations, or Operational Strategy
- 5+ years managing or mentoring Program/Project Managers
- Experience establishing Program Management frameworks with documentation and tracking
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate complex, technical programs across teams
- Experience managing cross-functional operational programs with multiple stakeholders
