🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years leading engineering teams through development/production transition and/or scale to meet rate
- Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams
- Ability to set team/individual goals and drive progress
- Nice to have: experience in new-space manufacturing environment
- Nice to have: experience manufacturing highly controlled aerospace products
