Lead and manage a team of engineers, programmers, machinists, inspectors, and technicians for Starlink machining operations
Drive improvements with engineering and operations to improve manufacturability, cycle times, cost, and quality
Forecast headcount, OpEx, and capex to deliver program targets
Set priorities for the team and delegate to maximize output
Coordinate with the Starlink team to align machine shop focus with impactfull projects
Meet tight schedules to achieve high production output in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in lieu of degree
5+ years in a precision machining environment
2+ years direct people leadership in machining
10+ years leadership in a machine shop (preferred)
5+ CNC process development (start-to-finish)
Experience operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes with live tooling
