🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in technical field; 8+ years exp
• 3+ years managing engineers
• Modern ML: representation learning, deep learning, transformers
• Production ML: end-to-end experimentation, evaluation, iteration
• Strong engineering fundamentals; scalable data pipelines
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering
