๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, business development, or luxury hospitality; 4+ years leading field teams.
- Deep knowledge of NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel and real estate; grow across diverse markets.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding supply and revenue targets with a team.
- Experience building high-value partnerships with luxury real estate pros.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards; data-informed decisions.
- English required; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
