  • Oversee full supply lifecycle including host onboarding and optimization.

  • 10+ years in sales, biz dev, luxury hospitality, or marketplace mgmt.
  • 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams.
  • Deep knowledge of NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel/real estate.
  • Proven track record meeting supply and revenue targets via a team.
  • Experience building partnerships with luxury real estate professionals or managers.
  • CRM tools and dashboards; English required, Spanish preferred.
