- Own end-to-end supply strategy: acquisition to portfolio optimization.
- Coach and develop teams; serve as senior regional voice internally/externally.
- Guide growth strategy and resolve host relationships across markets.
- Oversee full supply lifecycle including host onboarding and optimization.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, biz dev, luxury hospitality, or marketplace mgmt.
- 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams.
- Deep knowledge of NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel/real estate.
- Proven track record meeting supply and revenue targets via a team.
- Experience building partnerships with luxury real estate professionals or managers.
- CRM tools and dashboards; English required, Spanish preferred.
