π― Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing; fintech/B2C preferred.
- Hands-on with Iterable (preferred) or Braze/Marketo/SFMC.
- Multi-channel execution: push, email, SMS, in-app; segmentation & deliverability.
- Technical: HTML, CSS, AMPscript or Handlebars.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments; incrementality.
- Strong PM skills; prioritize and manage competing demands.
