  • Manage lifecycle roadmap across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Own metrics; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (push, email, SMS, in-app).
  • Partner with Design and Content for mobile-first messaging.
  • Real-time personalization using customer data and triggers.
  • Design scalable automated workflows for onboarding and ongoing engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing; fintech/B2C preferred.
  • Hands-on with Iterable (preferred) or Braze/Marketo/SFMC.
  • Multi-channel execution: push, email, SMS, in-app; segmentation & deliverability.
  • Technical: HTML, CSS, AMPscript or Handlebars.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments; incrementality.
  • Strong PM skills; prioritize and manage competing demands.
