- Build and lead the Learning & Knowledge Management function across Support.

- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed knowledge in the product lifecycle.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in learning & development, enablement, knowledge management, support operations, or similar in a tech company.
- 2+ years in a leadership, program ownership, or function-building capacity.
- Proven success building onboarding, enablement, or knowledge programs that improve operational performance.
- Experience partnering with Support, Product, and Engineering teams in fast-moving product environments.
- Strong program management skills to run multiple launches and training initiatives.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Replit, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve workflows and training.
