📋 Description

  • Create and launch the L&D function with vision and roadmap.
  • Design and deliver learning initiatives (tech and leadership) from scratch.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior L&D role in tech or AI.
  • Strong project management, communication, and facilitation; translate tech into learning.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and LMS platforms.
  • Passion for empowering teams; aligns with Cohere values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
