📋 Description

• Portfolio owner for Analytics curriculum; maintain courses/resources.
• Support AI curriculum; collaborate on analytics/AI needs (Snowflake).
• Translate business outcomes into learning objectives with stakeholders.
• Design learning projects using scope, needs assessment and conceptual design.
• Manage learning programs and budgets; may facilitate sessions.
• Develop communications and coordinate learning agenda; collaborate with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of instructional design and facilitation experience; professional services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; analytics, AI or instructional design a plus.
• Adult learning principles; e-learning tools (Captivate, Articulate, Lectora, Camtasia).
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Self-starter; manages multiple projects and stays detail-oriented.
