📋 Description

  • Own the LPO for USA/EMEA, aligning with CAC and ROI targets.
  • Scale landing pages in Contentful; regional variants; run A/B, multivariate, geo tests.
  • Partner with regional marketing to tailor pages for local audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design on messaging and visuals.
  • Build CRO pipeline; document learnings and winning variants.
  • Build dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or GA4 to visualize tests and results.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in CRO, Web Strategy, or Performance Marketing (B2B SaaS/fintech)
  • Proven success driving conversions and reducing CAC via data-led experiments
  • Strong A/B testing, UX principles, and analytics
  • Experience across US/EMEA regions; global/local balance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Econometrics, CS, Analytics, or UX
  • GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI
  • Contentful CMS; HTML/CSS basics; SQL/BigQuery
  • CRM & Automation: SFDC, Marketo, HubSpot
