- Understand and execute batch calculations per Cresco manufacturing formulas
- Maintain production logs, lab test results and other required documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe production facility in accordance with GMP and health department requirements
- Ensure personal hygiene and adherence to SOPs before performing any production activities

- Background in health and safety policies in regulated fields
- Understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation
