  • Work with S&OP and Facility Leadership to set weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Manage kitchen staff with daily production of infused edibles using commercial machinery
  • Understand and execute batch calculations per Cresco manufacturing formulas
  • Maintain production logs, lab test results and other required documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe production facility in accordance with GMP and health department requirements
  • Ensure personal hygiene and adherence to SOPs before performing any production activities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports
  • Background in health and safety policies in regulated fields
  • Understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation
