- End-to-end desktop support: device mgmt, imaging, packaging, and endpoint compliance.
- Intune/Autopilot/Endpoint Manager and Microsoft 365 for provisioning and policy mgmt.
- Lead remote/distributed teams across time zones with empathy and accountability.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM SLAs and workflows.
