- Operate as a player-coach; own queue of endpoint, identity, and SaaS work.
- Own endpoint mgmt end-to-end on macOS/Windows; MDM enrollment, config, patch.
- Own identity & access in Okta; provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA, reviews.
- Own SaaS admin: Google Workspace, GitHub, 1Password, AWS IAM.
- Mentor IT Engineers/Helpdesk via code reviews, on-call coverage, 1:1s.
- Be a power user of Automox; file issues and provide internal product feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering; 2+ years leading a team.
- Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, GitHub org, AWS IAM, and MDM for macOS/Windows.
- Scripting: PowerShell and Bash; Python/TypeScript a plus.
- Track record of automating manual work and shrinking ticket backlogs.
- Able to be the technical escalation point when the team is stuck.
