📋 Description

• Partner with business units to drive efficiency through technology.
• Oversee identity management and SSO; coordinate with Security & Legal audits.
• Prioritize modernization of enterprise applications and tooling.
• Lead cross-functional tech projects from strategy to delivery.
• Guide Operations in evaluating, selecting, and procuring tools.
• Own implementation and integration of new tools to support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning TechOps/IT in SaaS/startup.
• 3+ years PM, leading IT projects across Mac/Windows/Linux.
• Experience with workspace and cloud security.
• IAM and SSO expertise (Okta or Azure).
• Strong systems security, network, and admin knowledge.
• Clear communicator with strong documentation.
