🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in statutory reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACA or Big 4 background a plus
- Experience with Workday or Workiva is a plus
- Strong IFRS and local reporting knowledge; German GAAP and German language a plus
- Attention to detail with discrepancies and precision
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure
