📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end internal audits in Greater China, risk-based.
• Evaluate compliance workflows and controls per PBOC/HK regs.
• Assess IT General Controls and digital infrastructure governance.
• Conduct reviews across Finance, Treasury, People & Talent, and Legal.
• Manage external co-sourced providers for specialized audits.
• Build partnerships with control owners; track remediation actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in internal/external audit or risk advisory.
• Languages: English and Mandarin Chinese fluency.
• Certifications: CIA, CISA, CPA, CAMS or equivalent.
• Industry: FinTech/financial services experience.
• Data Skills: Python, SQL, Aliyun, Databricks.
