  • Be primary contact and strategic owner for Mid-Market/Enterprise integration partners.
  • Own the full lifecycle from sourcing to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive outcomes: ARR influence, pipeline, adoption, retention, expansion.
  • Establish and report KPIs to guide priorities and investments.
  • Lead QBRs and cadences to align on strategy and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and product adoption.

  • 4+ years in partnerships or BD in tech.
  • Experience managing Mid-Market/Enterprise partnerships.
  • Proven impact with ARR/pipeline/adoption/retention.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Analytical with strategic/financial evaluation.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
