🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in change management, culture, engagement, or HR.
  • Authorized to work in the US; must pass background check.
  • Experience supporting integrations or high-change environments.
  • Familiarity with org design, process change, or tech adoption.
  • Change management certification (Prosci/ADKAR) a plus.
