π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, econ, finance, or related
- 5+ years in health insurance product or ACA design
- Experience with regulatory filings and filing artifacts (PBTs/SOBs/SBCs)
- Knowledge of ACA, small group design, cost-sharing, metal tiers, EHB
- Detail-oriented with complex benefit configurations across systems
- Experience in cross-functional, matrixed teams (actuary, regulatory, network)
