  • Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Reps with 1:1s and career development
  • Own NRR for renewals; monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, GRR, expansion, churn
  • Lead renewal forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal quality inspection
  • Analyze data to identify at-risk renewals and guide proactive action
  • Coach renewal playbooks for LOA/TBH, multi-org renewals, non-ELA
  • Collaborate on renewal strategy with Sales, GTM leadership, CS, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance; align engagement plans
  • Act as senior sponsor for complex renewals; partner with senior partners and manage escalations
  • Champion data hygiene, renewal velocity, and forecast predictability

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or sales, including 2+ years leading teams
  • Proven success coaching mid-level sellers to exceed retention and growth targets
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Success, and Operations leaders
  • Strong sales skills operational rigor: discovery, demo, negotiation, forecasting, inspecting pipelines, and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce and renewals tooling (e.g., Ironclad) and strong understanding of SaaS metrics (GRR, NRR)
  • German or French proficiency to support EMEA customers
  • Prior experience helping build or scale a regionalised renewals or inside sales organisation
