Coordinate innovation projects and roadmap with Brand, Insights, R&D, Ops, Planning.
Serve as Project Manager across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead collaboration between R&D, marketing, sales, ops, and regulatory.
Work with Insights to develop concepts and analyze consumer research.
Assess desirability, viability, and feasibility to prioritize opportunities.
Partner with external vendors on ingredients, equipment, and packaging.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in innovation management or product development.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Analytical skills for consumer data and market research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be 21+ and pass a background check.
