Manager, Innovation

📋 Description

• Support the VP of Innovation in developing and executing strategy and roadmap.
• PM all innovation projects across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, ops, and regulatory.
• Work with Insights to develop concepts and synthesize consumer insights.
• Conduct desirability, viability, and feasibility assessments to vet opportunities.
• Partner with external vendors to support product initiatives across ingredients, equipment, packaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in innovation management, product dev, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills for consumer data and market research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing partnerships.
• Passion for cannabis innovation and industry dynamics.
