📋 Description

• Contribute to Infra Security team's vision and roadmap.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of security engineers.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Infra Eng, Engineering, Product, and Legal.
• Establish and implement security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide security guidance within and outside your team.
• Collaborate with security teams to reduce risk across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on cloud security in GCP or AWS; SRE background preferred.
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native, and serverless experience.
• Proven infra security automation with Chef, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience securing regulated environments (FedRAMP, PCI).
• Threat modeling and distributed systems design expertise.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across stakeholders.
