- Lead development, design, engineering, and construction of Terran R launch infrastructure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
- Serve as owner's rep with consultants, contractors, and regulators.
- Partner with internal teams to develop designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage construction documentation, RFPs, bidding, contractor selection, and on-site construction.
- Travel up to 25% to support design, construction, testing, and operations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in aerospace/construction with field engineering and project management.
- Experience with design docs, construction drawings, bidding, contractor selection, and QA/QC.
- Experience in scoping, budgeting, and scheduling at task and program levels.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (NX, AutoCAD) and MEPF design knowledge.
- Experience with development permitting and coordination with local government agencies.
