📋 Description

  • Implement influencer roadmap across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Lead end-to-end creator campaigns; adapt briefs into market plans.
  • Manage day-to-day ops: outreach, briefs, content tracking, approvals, amplification.
  • Maintain creator CRM; build workflows and playbooks; coordinate with Legal/Finance.
  • Serve as operations contact for partners; support negotiations; ensure brand safety.
  • Pull metrics, reports, run A/B tests, share learnings for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms.
  • Strong relationships; comfortable with creators, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management; timelines, budgets, trackers.
  • Basic analytics skills; interpret performance metrics and recommend actions.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with regional teams; fast-paced environment.
