📋 Description

  • Develop and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy.
  • Build and optimize a partner ecosystem for manufacturing markets.
  • Create annual regional indirect plans and QBRs aligned to OKRs.
  • Maintain partner performance, pipeline, enablement, and joint initiatives.
  • Lead partner development, co-selling, and complex opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Partner Account Managers across the Americas.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years indirect channel and/or enterprise software sales with >$1M ARR.
  • 3+ years leading partner-facing or enterprise sales teams regionally.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing/industrial sectors; knowledge of OPEx, quality.
  • Proven success with value-based or consultative selling.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas; multilingual a plus.
