🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years managing an inbound SDR team
  • Experience leading inbound lead conversion and trial motions
  • Strong knowledge of inbound lead management
  • Experience with AI workflow tools and automation platforms
  • Strong Salesforce, Gong, LeadIQ, and sales engagement tools
  • English and Spanish required; Portuguese a bonus
