- Lead the sustaining Demand and Supply Planning teams for Samsara hardware globally.
- Own end-to-end forecasting from signal collection to handoff into supply and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Translate forecasts into executable supply plans with capacity, materials, and production.
- Manage refurbishment and RMA demand and supply forecasts; vendor partnerships.
- Run recurring forecast and supply reviews, including IBP and S&OP, and communicate trends to leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Data Science.
- 8+ years in forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning for hardware/electronics.
- 3+ years directly managing planners or analytical teams.
- Experience owning demand and/or supply forecasts for complex hardware portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; experience building models and dashboards.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
