Troubleshoot data formatting, system logic, and configuration workflows.
Ensure delivery quality by reinforcing methodology and standards.
Hands-on support for complex projects: data transformation and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS to align expectations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience; management experience desirable.
3 years of SaaS project delivery experience.
GIS software experience strongly preferred.
Experience with government budgeting, procurement, or asset management preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to travel ~25% of the time.
