📋 Description

• Lead the ML team to design, ship, and iterate ML models for targeting and personalization.
• Own the localization platform's technical direction, enabling 40+ languages and growth.
• Apply ML to localization and growth use cases like audience expansion.
• Manage and mentor fullstack and ML engineers with clear expectations and feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan roadmaps and run experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating production systems at scale.
• 3+ years leading ML teams with hands-on Python and PyTorch.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with data processing and distributed systems (Spark or Hadoop).
• Experience with AWS and containerized services (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Design and operate large-scale ML pipelines for training and deployment.
• Background in recommender systems, user modeling, or personalization with A/B testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field or equivalent.
