- Deep understanding of performance marketing, the CTV ecosystem, and how agencies plan, buy, measure, and report.
- Experience managing enterprise-level agency relationships with complex accounts and large budgets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans and identify opportunities.
