📋 Description

• Lead a global team of event technicians.
• Own all AV productions: studio shoots to company-wide broadcasts.
• Execute end-to-end video production requests from internal stakeholders.
• Partner with internal comms, workplace events, and executive teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on deliverables and timing.
• Level up existing gear and production methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years AV/event production leadership in corporate environments.
• Ability to lead and adapt to changes quickly; stay cool under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Soundboards, camera controllers, video switchers, streaming codecs.
• Networking tech, video transmission, and AV signal flow.
• Bachelor's degree in broadcast/film/digital audio or related field (or equivalent).
