Manager I, Security Engineering - Vulnerability Management

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a security engineering team for vulnerability triage.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities in Datadog products including Agent, trace libraries, and APIs.
• Work with product, development, and security teams to remediate and verify fixes.
• Partner with internal and external customers to analyze reports and plan fixes.
• Provide evidence and SME for vulnerability mgmt across SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, ISO.
• Provide regular leadership reports on triage status and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of security vulnerabilities in cloud-native environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching to foster a high-performing security team.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration between security, engineering, and product.
• Experience in Golang, Python, Java (or similar languages).
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced distributed organization.
