  • Lead day-to-day Pune service desk operations.

  • ITIL/ITSM concepts and metrics-driven operations.
  • Experience managing AWS environments and supporting R&D/Product.
  • Familiarity with endpoint tools Kandji, NinjaOne, SentinelOne and Okta.
