📋 Description

• Lead team delivering AI-led growth products in top-of-funnel flows.
• Own roadmap planning, milestones, sequencing and resourcing.
• Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, Data Science and ML to set opportunities and metrics.
• Drive AI-led innovations for content understanding and AI-assisted keyword generation.
• Establish launch readiness standards for AI features, including evaluation, guardrails, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
• Improve team cadence using AI to accelerate planning, synthesis and documentation with quality checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering delivering large-scale user-facing products.
• 1+ years in people leadership coaching engineers.
• Lead ambiguous product spaces, align stakeholders and execute strategy.
• Deliver AI/ML-powered capabilities in production with quality bars.
• Work across functions to align priorities and deliver with shared metrics.
• Use AI to improve speed and quality with a clear validation approach.
