  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience with German labor law and Works Council environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intercultural competence and openness in international exchange.
  • Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken.
