Lead end-to-end HR operations and HR business partnership.
Own full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement, offboarding.
Advise leaders on org design, role clarity, resource planning.
Maintain HR policies, handbook, and SOPs; ensure local labour compliance.
Oversee payroll inputs in coordination with Finance or payroll vendor.
Manage benefits administration and vendor relations; ensure HR data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
4-6 years HR experience with lead/manager duties.
End-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition; CRO/Pharma a plus.
Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and statutory requirements.
MS Office and HRIS proficiency.
Experience onboarding, offboarding, payroll; policy implementation.
