🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 4-6 years HR experience with lead/manager duties.
- End-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition; CRO/Pharma a plus.
- Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and statutory requirements.
- MS Office and HRIS proficiency.
- Experience onboarding, offboarding, payroll; policy implementation.
