📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations and HR business partnership.
  • Own full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement, offboarding.
  • Advise leaders on org design, role clarity, resource planning.
  • Maintain HR policies, handbook, and SOPs; ensure local labour compliance.
  • Oversee payroll inputs in coordination with Finance or payroll vendor.
  • Manage benefits administration and vendor relations; ensure HR data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years HR experience with lead/manager duties.
  • End-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition; CRO/Pharma a plus.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • MS Office and HRIS proficiency.
  • Experience onboarding, offboarding, payroll; policy implementation.
