๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Administer and configure Workday (HCM, orgs, security, integrations).
  • Build and optimize Workday solutions; oversee external consultants.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and vendors on cross-functional projects.
  • Manage API and SFTP integrations; resolve data feed issues.
  • Provide Workday training and 1:1 staff support.
  • Support payroll, audits, and HR reporting as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in HR Ops/HRIS/People Ops; deep Workday experience.
  • Expert in Workday modules: Core HCM, Time, Benefits, Payroll, Learning.
  • Fluent in day-to-day Workday ops: position mgmt, EIBs, time tracking.
  • Proven ability to design and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable communicator.
  • People-management experience is a plus.
