📋 Description

  • Own HRIS/payroll ecosystem administration, optimization, and vendor coordination.
  • Build standard and ad hoc reporting on headcount, attrition, compensation, hiring, and engagement.
  • Translate People data into dashboards and insights for leadership decisions.
  • Payroll operations across US, India, Romania, Australia; ensure accuracy with providers.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale People workflows via design, integrations, and AI.
  • Lead day-to-day People Operations: onboarding, I-9, visa updates, job changes, and transactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HRIS, payroll ops, People analytics, and 2+ years payroll experience.
  • Experience managing HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Workday) incl. config, admin, data integrity.
  • 3+ years people management in HRIS/Payroll/Analytics.
  • Strong payroll practices across multiple geographies.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with HR data at scale.
  • HR compliance, data privacy, and reporting knowledge; strong attention to detail.
