🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years HRIS, payroll ops, People analytics, and 2+ years payroll experience.
- Experience managing HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Workday) incl. config, admin, data integrity.
- 3+ years people management in HRIS/Payroll/Analytics.
- Strong payroll practices across multiple geographies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with HR data at scale.
- HR compliance, data privacy, and reporting knowledge; strong attention to detail.
