- Bachelor's Degree
- HR certification a plus
- 4-6 years HR experience; 1-2 years managing or supervising a team
- High-volume HR admin with systems/database administration
- 1-2 years project management
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office Suite
