Own implementation and monitoring of people & culture initiatives; collaborate across teams.

🎯 Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from premium institutes.
3+ years in HR CoE roles (program mgmt, employee experience, talent) in ecommerce/startups.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven problem solving.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, ownership, and fast execution.
